The production process of environmentally friendly nylon monofilament mainly includes the following steps:

1. Raw material selection: Select high-quality nylon resin as raw material, which is the basis for producing high-quality environmentally friendly nylon monofilament.

2. Drying treatment: Nylon resin is easy to absorb moisture during the production process, so it needs to be dried to ensure its stability during the melting process.

3. Melt extrusion: Put the dried nylon resin into the extruder and melt it into liquid through high temperature and high pressure.

4. Cooling molding: Extrude the molten nylon resin through the mold, and then cool it with cooling water to solidify it.

5. Stretching and shaping: Stretch the cooled nylon monofilament to arrange its molecular chains neatly and improve its strength and toughness.

6. Heat treatment: Heat treat the stretched nylon monofilament to eliminate its internal stress and improve its stability.

7. Winding and packaging: Wind the heat-treated nylon monofilament, then package it, and finally ship it out of the factory.
